88.blacklist.zapなんていうブラックリストに登録されたらしく、メールが一部の宛先に送信できなくなった模様。
ちょっとビックリしたので、他のブラックリストに登録されているか確認してみたのだが、どこにも登録されていない模様。
なぜ、ここだけ登録されているのだ。。。。(-_-#

ちょっと調べてみると、88.blacklist.zapというのは、MS系が管理しているらしい。
しかし、肝心の 88.blacklist.zap 自体の規約が見つからん(-_-#

仕方ないのでエラーメールに書かれていたアドレス宛にブラックリストからの削除依頼を送信。

 I'm xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx administrator.
 Please delete xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx from the blacklist.

どうやら自動で応答メールが送信されるらしく、すぐに回答が来た。

 Hello ,
 
 Thank you for your delisting request XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Your ticket was
 received on (Jun 07 2012 xx:xx AM UTC) and will be responded to within
 24 hours.
 
 Our team will investigate the IP address that you have requested to be
 removed from our blocklist. If for any reason we are not able to remove
 your IP address, one of our technical support representatives will
 respond to you with additional information.

24時間以内に出来るだけ対応するみたいな感じだが、そんなに待ってられんので、さらにこのメールの宛先にクレーム！

 After xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is deleted from the black list,
 I get a notification by email?

すると、しばらくして担当者？から返答があった。

 Thank you for contacting Microsoft Online Services Technical Support.
 This email is in reference to ticket number 1178204171, which was
 opened in regards to your delisting request for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
 
 The IP address you submitted has been reviewed and removed from our
 block lists.  Please note that there may be a 1-2 hour delay before
 this change propagates through our entire system.
 
 We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  As long
 as our spam filtering systems do not mark a majority of email from the
 IP address as spam-like, your messages will be allowed to flow as
 normal through our network.  However, should we detect an increase in
 spam-like activity, the IP address may be re-added to our block list.
 
 Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to
 respond to this email.

どうやら、ブラックリストから削除してくれたらしい。
意外と仕事が速かったｗ
しかし、またブラックリストに登録されるかもしれないよ？とか言ってるよ。
勘弁してくれ！
しかも、登録した理由も書いてないじゃん(-_-#
ということで、さらにクレーム！

 We are very much a problem if xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is blacklisted
 again.
 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the MTA for xxx.net, We want you to
 register on the white list if possible.
 
 Please tell us the datetime that is registered with the 
 reason that is registered in the blacklist.
 If so, we might be able to improve.

しかし、この後返信は来ず(-_-#
明日までに返信が来なければ、再度クレームを入れてみるしかないな(-_-#
